Hi everyone, I'm Craig from Wigan, I'm 40, I used to do bmx/mountain biking in my younger years and I'm looking to get back into it for both exercise and enjoyment (mid life crisis or summat)
Anyway what's best way to get started, I have a bike it's not the best (meridan) but it'll do to start
